Really awful FPS drops past 2 days

Hi there,

In the past 2 days my game has suddenly started having really bad FPS drops.

Here's an image of my task manager when I have ESO running:





At the absolute lowest settings, I should be able to run the game at about 90-100 FPS. A week ago, it maybe dipped to 50-60 from time to time or 40 if it got really bad and I hadn't restarted my laptop in a while, but the last 2 days it's been really awful and no amount of fiddling with my laptop has helped.

I've tried cleaning out the dust in my air vents, updating drivers, reinstalling drivers, running ESO on a clean boot and also setting the graphics low enough that it looks like a PS1 game. Nothing's worked. It gets so bad that when I try to parse at my house I get nearly 2 seconds of 3 FPS. I tried doing a dungeon (Fungal Grotto 2) and my FPS hit rock bottom the entire time. I've never lagged on that dungeon before.
