Disconnected Error 319

Allo. I was just disconnected "for hitting the error message limit" in Western Skyrim--along with a message to "avoid spamming the channel".
Thing is, not only was I not sending any messages at the time, I have the zone channels turned off.
I was simply riding from one point to another.
Seems like a bug.
