Why do weapon outfit styles not have a "special" section?

I have wondered this since Outfits were introduced... why is there no "speical" section for weapons styles?
If I'm trying to make a full outfit of the new Sovngard style, it's irritating to have to search through all the weapons styles, where I can just scroll to "special" for the armor.
I use gamepad mode, so there is no "searching" in the outfits UI.
