Gray Host infinite login loop, locks me out from using character, plz help ZOS

During the second week of tests, the lag has been worse than before the tests were started and it has introduced a new bug (at least for me). I’ve logged into cyrodiil during prime time hours (all factions full) probably 3 times this past week and every time within 10 minutes, I get disconnected from the server, boots me back to login screen.

So then I try logging back in with that character, it shows me the cyrodiil loading screen, and after about 2-3 minutes, it redirects me back on the login screen. This loop can’t be avoided and the character is completely unplayable at this point. Only thing that fixes this is to wait until Cyro population goes down, then it logs in successfully. Normally, the game would eventually redirect me back to where I was in the PVE world before logging into Cyro, but it doesn’t.

Cyrodiil is so broken, it’s beyond frustrating and now I risk getting locked out of using characters at all.

I feel bad for you and everyone who has to deal with this. I seen it happen a few times, but i just ignore it and come back later or get on a different character. Good luck.....

This happens because of player population in the area you are trying to log back into. Generally trying to log in 3 times will kick you back to spawn and you should be fine after that.

Additionally you can try to set your view distance to 0 prior to logging back in after crashing approaching a keep. Sometimes this will allow the players to load more slowly and you will be able to get back in.

However when you log back in set your view distance back up to 37 again.\


If you are having other problems you can also try turn off all your addons in the character screen. might help.
