What did I just hit to reset my settings??

I opened the live folder to share a pic, while the game was open (did this many times before) I didn't think I touched anything else, logged off, shutdown. Then I saw the brightness setting screen up for some reason, restarted eso, and now all my settings got reset, had to agree to all terms again, everything reset, kinda ticked off bad right now. Is there some shortcut key to reset them I accidentally hit? No folder got deleted or anything.
