Never had crashes now i do

i've seen alot of people go offline cuz their game crashes when i was running pug. i always thought to myself hmm probably a bad computer or missing RAM problem. should have upgraded your computer.....
but now i see.... now i seee
that it aint their computers its the patches.
my computer is beast that worth more than 3000 bucks. i never had crashes before( more than 1000 hours play time.)
but coincidentally just after the patch finish i go into a dungeon and while doing a boss game crashes. Less than 10 minutes of game running

anyone else experiencing crashes? scared to go in dungeons now

I got a "unknown hard error" message popup today while playing, never seen that before. The game seemed to continue to work normally, so I posted some stuff on my guild store and once done I thought hey lets try clicking OK in the "Unknown hard error" popup box, and as soon as I did the game instantly closed itself without any further error messages, just POOF gone.

Could you post a screenshot of this error if it pops up again? This will be helpful in determining the exact issue.
