Home "Still Water Retreat": No duels allowed?!

Hi,
I noticed that it is currently not allowed to start player duels in this home.
You can imagine my surprise when trying to do exactly that after my guild had put thousands of crowns, millions of gold and over 30 hours into creating a place for damage tests and duels. I didn't even know this could be a thing after three years of almost daily playing. I would like to request an unlock of that feature for this home, since it's no problem in others at all, like the Aldmeri Grotto, at this time.
If this won't be possible due to technical or other reasons, please let me know.
