Auto Queued when Login and cant leave queue

It's weird, every time on relogin the posisiton of my dungeon finder is queued, even im not in party.. already full day this bug impact my account can't leave queue at all.. anyone know why this happen and to fixed it?

    I am having similar issues, most of my characters do have this issue so group content is out of the way; unfortunately this has happened to most of my regularly played characters so its been a pain. I have had this issue since last Thursday.

    I opened a ticket regarding this issue, but support hasn't been able to help at all.

    But for some reason I have been able to queue and enter Imperial City and Cyrodiil though.

    I have this issue, and the player I run with also has it. It's affecting all our main characters.
    The game is unplayable for both of us. It's been going on for several days and we've tried everything:

    1. Logging in and out on different PCs
    2. Joining and leaving or getting kicked from large groups (which briefly stops the "Queued" from displaying but does not solve the problem.
    3. Joining groups together in every combination and trying to queue or leave queue.
    4. Making a support ticket, which had an unhelpful response.

    Now I just want a refund for the two six month ESO+ subscriptions I bought, as I have no confidence in this game.

    I did open a support ticket, and the response wasn't helpful at all.

    I'm not going to be brushed off so easily with an automated response. This is a major issue causing two paying subscribers to be unable to play the game. This problem appears to be widespread enough that there are multiple threads on the subject, and it is clear to me that the company does not want to address this issue as those threads are closed without any kind of resolution other than a brush off to a tech support ticket that leads nowhere.

    Shame on me for paying in advance. I want you to make this game playable, or I want a refund.

    +1 to the list of user who have at least 1 char stuck in an infinite auto queue unable to group up or run any dungeons, that also received the exact same generic response from customer support brushing me off, ignoring what I actually said in my ticket and basically blaming the player for what is obviously a rampant and well known issue. Ticket 200922-000822.
