LUI Extended settings for 2 different accounts..

howdy folks,
i use the LUI Extended on my main account. i managed to set it up to my liking and that took a while. now, i have a second account that i don't play that much, but would like to have it set up the same way. is there a way to copy the settings from one account to another on the same computer? like, say, copying some settings info, things like that.
another (maybe a wee bit silly) question - all i need from the LUI are the healet/magicka/stamina bars and the potion/ultimate cooldown alert. is there an easy way to get just that? nothing else?
