Something has changed. Just not something that is obvious.

I would submit a tech support ticket immediately though the response could be very slow as CS response here and many places are slow since COVID started. Expect at least two weeks. Post your ticket number here so @ZOS_BillE @ZOS_AntonioP or one of their colleagues can make sure it is in the correct queue.

With that ball rolling Bille or Antonio may have some tips that can help.

Beyond that, I would try a repair of your client first. There is a cog in the middle of the launcher. Pull down that menu to find the Repair. Client has to be closed for it to show. After completing that shut down the PC then start it again. Do not use restart as that does not do a complete shutdown of the PC.

If that doesn't resolve the issue and Bille and company do not have tips that work you can try a re-install of the game but do not expect much. It could be hardware related which is why I suggested getting the tech support ticket started.

    Good luck.

    Try this:

    1- Use this driver https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/rn-rad-win-19-11-3
The 19.11.3 is the most stable version of those drivers

2- In your BIOS, look for the PCIE port where your GPU is slotted and modify the value from 'Auto' to 'Gen3'
If you dont know in which PCIE port is, just set every PCIE port u find to Gen3
The thing is PCI-E 4.0 is kinda new and is not working as expected. So limiting the version to Gen3 kinda fix this PCI4 thing.

    Hope it helps

So... you are playing normally, then the screen goes black, audio may keep playing for a sec and then the system just reboot himself?

Everything point to a GPU driver issue. Also u can try to play some 2k/4k video content (youtube fullscreen¿?) Most probably it will crash even doing that.

Did u set your PCIE slots to 'Gen3' in your BIOS?
    Also, recheck this:
1- Config your Windows to DONT automatically install missing drivers
2- Do a graphic driver clean uninstall with DDU (https://www.wagnardsoft.com/content/display-driver-uninstaller-ddu-v18028-released)
    3- Reboot your system
4- Install this precise version of AMD Drivers https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/rn-rad-win-19-11-3

I have a AMD 5700XT GPU and was having this same issues u're having now. Doing those steps finally fix whatever was causing the system crash.

Thank you for the update and letting us know that swapping drives resolved the issue. With the issue now resolved, we will be closing the thread going forward.
