Fast travel always disconnect issue

Alright lets go again my main level 43 Dragonknight is stuck in Brass fotress within clockworthcity

Please help me every single time I used fast travel and sometimes on character screen I stops at "Requesting Character load" I am stuck at Brass fortress unable to fast travel nor leave to Clockwork city. It suddenly started to happen, can you teleport my character back to Stormhaven? I want be in Tamriel again, this is extremely frustrating , I tried clean resinstall ,repair and disabling Anti virus, so bascially I use fast travel loading screen for about 1 minute every time and I am back on login screen but I can wealk around freely right now, issue is when entering or teleporting to new zone ,please help thanks

Its strange because it all worked fine , i reintalled on SSD there are no add ons or viruses,or Anti virus inferfering

Can you get my chraracter out of Clockwork city maybe there is some bug there every f...g time i try fast travel it stops 1 minut eloading kicks m eoff

Again! now tried to exit forresss 1 minute wait bam! suddenly on login screen i dont' lose any connection my own its just pops me there ffs do something

UPDATE, ITS an issue on a single character! I just successfulyly telpeorted on my level 11 to Wrothgar , this is deeply concerning

THIS IS really odd apparently i made it throught teleport to friend now it worked but I still get id i dont dare to use travel anymore I am in Rimmen, Tamriel
