It's always the same login isue. It's when there is a new PTS up or when there is a new patch up. What about the past that have some garanties for the future...

They're likely checking if the aoe skill changes (3 secon cast times) were applied to cyrodiil or the login screen - money says the login screen.Unified Gaming - creating a shared and Unified Gaming community.
