Why is negate STILL silencing stamina weapon skills?

I play a SupportSorc as my main. I wish this little bug you are experiencing happened more. Ill drop negate, after negate, but unfortunately for me these Stam characters are like ohhh I see you being naughty and then they come beat me up in the negate with D Swing, and Exe's lol

It happens almost every time I try to use Titanic cleave you naughty sorc! I run up, ball group drop negate, and I can't cast Cleave. Funny thing is... on my mag sorc I can still cast Crushing Shock in a negate, but no other magicka skills.

Groups shouldn’t be able to blanket a room with negates.

Imo they need to change it or put a cool down on the effects of negate

Negate should equally punish mag and stam, but since it doesn't and I like my hybrid cutting up people that don't know any better that use negate on me...I only have one option:

"ZOS Pls fix! ITS NOT FAIR!"
