I’m new to pc and I’m installing add ons and this one is really frustrating me.
It doesn’t show up in the settings menu so I can’t toggle any of the settings.
Does anyone use this add on that can help please?

    You need to install the addons and the required libraries in order to the addons to work. Do it via Minion (addons manager), it's easier.
