Game won't die O_o

When I click quit game, it will hang for up over 30 minutes. I get a black screen, movable mouse cursor... but it doesn't close unless I tab out specifically to Taskmanager, and then close it from there manually. Its every time.

I'm used to regularly double checking task manager to know if eso.exe has actually stopped working.

Happens to me sometimes, too. I just close the Windows session, same as when it freezes mid-game.
