Were the spawn timers for the bosses and ads decreased in IC during the event?

The spawn times for the bosses and ads in general seem extremely fast right now to me. I’m just wondering if they were sped up during the event?
The districts are very populated right now with players right now as well. It’s great! I would love to see ZOS add some incentive (motifs, sets, etc) for players to keep coming back again.
