Every couple hours load screens in cyrodiil/IC suddenly have 5-10 minute duration. Triggered AF please do something

Silverforte✭✭Yeah right. I was in the beta and have come back about 4-5 times throughout the years. The loading times are never acceptable anywhere - dungeons, open world... They're never going to get fixed. It's not an end-user problem. SSD, whatever, doesn't matter. It's a server issue. Maybe they throttle load times to save on bandwidth instead of paying for upgrades to capacity. Who knows? Only thing's certain is the loading times in this game are atrocious. I'd love to come back but I can't sit through 30 second to 2 minute load times every time I zone.0
