I kept expecting that the unlock tiers would have some structural changes and cleaning up. But instead they added a few soldiers but mostly vagrants. There's even an illicit shell game on the upper floor!
We need a DLC that lets us craft stuff to replace things. Like the rickety wooden platforms that would collapse if a dragon Fus Ro Dah'ed in the general direction.
