PS4 2.04 Corrupted Game

I've just updated the new PS4 patch 2.04 and got greymoor CE I managed to load into Skyrim only for it to come up the application is corrupt and to reinstall the game. WTF it has been ok up till today. Ok now and again it would kick me out saying I needed a internet connection yet I was still in a chat party.

Hey there @ArcticWolfy if this error message persists and power cycling your console does not resolve the issue, then we recommend uninstalling and reinstalling to see if this fixes the error.

Hi I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and so far the game hasn't come up with any corruption errors. However it's still disconnect mid trial or pvp. But it doesn't just close my friends in the party tell me I've gone offline yet I'm still in the game. I have to actually close the whole game down as trying to log out doesn't do anything.
I first thought it might need the ports opening which I did and it's still happening.
I've also tried the ps4 on a DMZ and still it does it.

The game has been ok again but now it's coming up as corrupted again do you have any ideas

Could you post the exact corruption error that you have coming up on your PS4?

I wouldn't mind it can go 12 hrs without the error kicking in so it's definitely not a playstation problem it has to be the eso patch.

What should I do if I received the error, "Cannot continue using the application. The data for the following application is corrupted..."?

@ZOS_BillE I've done a full initialisation and restore all licences and so far all seem ok. I know if it fails again I'll just change the Hard Drive.
