Defiler weapons ?

Defiler is a dropped set in Vvardenfell. Try chests or the public dungeon bosses for weapons.

No, they can be sold anywhere.

If you wanted to farm it yourself, you'll need to kill public dungeons bosses (who can drop weapons in zone sets) or farm chests (can drop gear in zone sets) in Vvardenfell.

If you do the daily quests for the two Ashlanders at Ald'ruhn the rewards will include an armour or weapon piece from the defiler set or one of the other overland sets.

Probably because its not a super popular set, so there's not a lot of folks farming it.

You can try Tamriel Trade Center, but that's no guarantee.

I’ve started doing the Ashlander dailies again after a long break and it’s always blue or purple jewelry for me. That’s nice because I can decon them for the grains.

I think the Vivec City Temple Hall of Justice dailies might have the Defiler armor and weapons in its drop tables.

If you're still striking out, it might be worthwhile to post in Vvardenfell zone chat that you're looking/paying for Defiler weapons. A lot of people just questing around might have a couple they'd otherwise deconstruct.
