Unable to log in (Steam and non-Steam, NA)

Either it doesn't let me log in at all, like it just shows the logging in popup and then that disappears, or if I do get to the character select screen I select my character and get a really long loading screen and then get kicked for inactivity. It started doing this last night. I was able to get in earlier today but it's been happening on and off all day and now I've tried repeatedly and can't get through.

This is still happening on both accounts. The load screen freezes (stationary ouroboros in the bottom right) and after a while I get kicked back to the login screen or the application just hangs.

Still happening. I reset the router, ran a repair on the launcher, nada. I also sent in a ticket but I know response time will be slow with work from home. If I'm lucky I can log into each account once a day but if I character swap it happens again so I'm not getting much gameplay in. I know tagging staff is frowned on, but @ZOS_JessicaFolsom or someone else can you help? My ticket number is 200605-004990, and I attached the game consultant file.

Support has responded recently to ticket 200605-004990 with troubleshooting to try. If none of the suggestions helped, please reply back to your ticket.

I think it's an addon preventing the character load, but nobody else has complained about this so I'm still testing to see if I can determine which it is for sure.

Sorry to resurrect a dead thread but I have very very belatedly finally verified beyond doubt that it was BugCatcher causing the crash. @ZOS_BillE
