Returning player gear advice for Stamblade

I'm getting back into ESO cuz BDO is wearing me out. I mainly have PvP in mind and I'm interested to know exactly what the meta is currently. Not really for myself but it's always good to know what is making a good build right now and what isn't optimal. My current idea is below and it seems okay, but it also seems like it might be a poor attempt at a hybrid crit dmg build. I know I want the New Moon set, it looks REALLY good, but I'm not sure how to go about optimizing the monster and other set.
5 piece New Moon Acolyte (front bar) : Chest, belt, legs +2hander
5 piece Shacklebreaker : Boots, gloves, neck+rings
2 peice Velidreth both medium.
Caustic Arrow for bow
Shadow mundus
Running 3 peices of Impenetrable and the rest Divines - Stamina enchants on gear and weapon damage on jewelry.
5 piece New Moon Acolyte (front bar) : Chest, belt, legs +2hander

✭✭NMA and Spriggans are the 2 sets many people run.
As for the monster sets you can either run Veli, Balorgh or even 1 balorgh + 1 krag, up to you.

✭Yup what Viefox said bis for stamblade is nma and spriggan some use essence of thief instead of spriggan or fury. As for monster sets can’t really speak for pc as I’m on console and things have changed in graymoor but bis monster sets blood spawn I like to use 1 mighty chudan 1 pirate skeleton 2 veli 2 balorgh also good choices and imo will probably be bis for graymoor especially balorgh.Edited by Deathlord92 on 1 June 2020 23:311
