Keep Recall Stone

So I use a keep recall stone to get me closer to where I'm trying to go. Somewhere in loading screen hell, the keep gets flagged. So the system sends me to my home keep, and takes my keep recall stone. Not really sure how this is a thing, or how this hasn't been addressed, but I really shouldn't have my stone taken if it doesn't send me to the keep I requested. I now am further away than when I started, and have to fast travel and ride more than before.
