Yo! as the title says, I'm having some issues choosing what sets to use.

Gold is no Issue for me, hit me with everything

I play in NO CP ONLY
What I have tried sofar:

Shacklebreaker+ Bright throats boast + Valkyn Skoria . Tried 5 light 2 heavy and also 5 heavy 2 light . Did not enjoy having 0 dmge
Same as above but with Mother Ciannit (2.5K dmge shield every 6 seconds)
Same as above with Bloodspawn

Currently using: NMA + Bright |Throats Boast + BloodSpawn (gets nerfed next patch so don't want to get used to relying on it)

Thinking about trying:
NMA Bright Throats Boast + Grothdarr. Is this a solid setup?

Also really interested in trying out :
NMA+ Swift + Grothdarr -- how do you think this would perform in NO CP?

What have you guys found success with?

PS:

Back bar I run Sword and shield Potentates

any Insight, info and help would be appreciated! I don't mind grinding for any setup you would recommend me to try.

I'm also curious about how good would the synergise between swift+potentates+minor protection be.
Any insights? Or anyone have ever tried it?

guess it's up to me to test xD I have a full set of purple swift I can run with grothdarr + NMA and Potentates+ Swift Backbared

Im liking 5x NMA front bar lightning, 5x Transmutation, 2x potentates backbar. 2x bloodspawn but will likely be changing next chapter.

Yea, I think everything will change next chapter.

I’ve always worn 5L-1M-1H but that stuhn set has me looking at heavy. Issue with heavy armour was always penetration and stuhn looks pretty strong. Heavy armour will also help make up for the loss in healing this coming patch.

Next patch I think using a mythic item will be too good to pass up too. Either the speed one or the one that makes it so you can’t be immobilized. Everyone’s gaga over the pure damage ones, but I’d take speed or maneuverability over raw damage any day.
