I just queued for a BG and got teamed with below CP people, I don't need to mention that it was very onesided I guess.

Yeah seen it happen on a couple of streams.
I still regularly get into bgs I have no business being in, aka full of sub 16.cp people.
Mostly during off hours when high MMR people don't play/queue.
