In light of the following update:

I first want to say thanks for the acknowledgement that it's frustrating and you're supposedly working on it. Given that there's unprecedented amounts of players on now, some of whom may have been away for a while and missed out on crown store sales/events, can we get access to buy all previous crown store items? Like houses, mounts, etc. There's so much on there that I know I'd want to buy but can't any longer. Especially since we're dealing with such far-reaching performance issues, this would be a nice gesture.
