We will be performing maintenance for patch 12.0.3 on the PTS on Monday at 10:00AM EDT (14:00 UTC).

A few things to make this patch better.

1. Asylum staff, proc condition is 2 force pulses for both.
2. weapon scaling, this was one of the good ideas you brought forth with the out of pts test cycle.
3. siphon skills off the gcd, the skill did not change, it does not target better, it's just more annoying to deal with at the moment.
4. maelstrom perfected apply the buff when you cast the ability and carries over to front bar, remove the penetration from destro and replace with crit, or mag or spell damage, whatever, anything aside from penetration.
5. A few sets may have been overnerfed, like bloodspawn
6. Buff heavy attacks, again this was not a bad idea from the off pts cycle, we just did not like the whole light attack massive nerf thing much. Heavy attacks should do considerably more than light, or you could reduce the charging rate, or both.


I will continue this if something else comes to mind, feel free to add something.

7. fire rune also applies minor force.
8. slight dot buff like 10 to 20%.
9. make a stamina equivalent to artaeum pickled fish bowl, come on, this one is really easy.

    The worst thing about this patch is that it feels like nothing will change. They'll balance out vampire abilities before go-live to where nobody will run them, the mythic items are dull in PvE, the new sets are awful for magicka DD and class balance hasn't changed other than Magblade moves to top with an Asylum nerf hitting DKs. It's like a nothing patch tbh.

    There are a few very good things, for example, they fixed pet scaling with armor passives, that's probably the best thing out of this patch.

    They are still in time to make this a very good patch. But they need to change a few things.

    The reason why mag dk was so strong with asylum was also because of a bug, basically your dots always applied burning status for some time after you casted the second force shock.

    Iv'e had another idea.

    It's specifically about mag dk.

    What if, molten whip worked like this.

    When you cast ardent flame abilities, you gain a stacking buff just like right now, but when you cast whip, you will only consume the increased damage part, but not the spell and weapon damage part, and the buff lasts for about 6 to 8 seconds.

    That's a really dumb way at looking things, and i'm not even affected by this change as i do not tank or pvp a lot.
