A Breach amid the Trees bugged and cannot be completed

I spent hours going to all 9 sites and closing the time breaches, only to find the tracker still said I had only 8/9 closed. So I went back to every single one and they were all closed. So the game is horribly bugged and I cannot finish the questline. So now I'm very angry. Is there anyway to fix this?

Worked fine for me a few days ago when I slogged through the psijic quest line. Either it bugged out for you and a relog or bug report will fix it, or drop it and pick it back up again. Or maybe you missed one? I know when I've done the Summerset breaches it still shows some breaches I already sealed but once I deal all of them it still tells me to go back to Artaeum. Been a few times I didn't quote finish sealing one because I ran off too early before properly sealing it.

Also, there are some that you don't close time breaches, but follow lights to dig stuff out. Maybe you forgot one of those?

Nope. "A Breach Among the Trees" is 9 actual breaches in Valenwood - 3 each in Grahtwood, Greenshade, and Malabal Tor. I just ran one of my alts through this a couple weeks back; had no issues with it at all.

OP, take a look at this site, and double check your sealed breaches with it. Are you sure you got the one in Gil-Var-Del? That's the one I tend to forget.

I've had the exact same experience as the OP Kazren in this.

I went through and successfully closed them zone by zone, starting in Grahtwood, then doing Greenshade, and then finally the three in Malabar Tor. Three each in each zone. It now shows 8/9 on the tracker.

Where I believe it went bugged is right at the point when I finished 3 in Grahtwood, the tracker went from 3/9 to 2/9, as if one was suddenly undone. The remaining 6 time breaches in the next two zones all went correctly and successfully, with the tracker incrementing as it should.

This thread seems to've been here over five years with only this post adding to it in the last five years, so it's unlikely to be a very common occurrence. Yet for at least the OP and now myself, it has happened.

I'll try to doublecheck the sites in Grahtwood with my character going to each of them, but I suspect my results will mirror Kazren's report of already having done the same and finding them all closed. My Quest Items does show one Psijic seal still remaining, though, so we'll see.

I'd just like to post this followup and confirm Kazren's (OP) report.
Visiting every single one of the breaches in Grahtwood, I found each of the three already sealed from my character's actions already. Grahtwood was where I'd surprisingly noticed originally that at around the final breach in that zone my tracking count had gone from 3/9 to 2/9.

I now have one seal still left, tracker showing 8/9 even though I'd already gone to all nine breach sites in the game and closed them.

Advice on what to do to have this resolved?
