Disconnects constantly

Game crashes at loggin wayshrines and battlegrounds,app ports are all open,uninstalled 9 times,repaired launcher many times,did all of the recommended eso suggestions,have 2 tickets for support that have not been answered.System exceeds min req,internet is hardwired, no modem,unistalled launcher then game want 125 gig more space to reinstall,uninstalled other games to make room,same issues,other games work fine.Problem started maybe 2 weeks ago.

Is the game completely crashing to the desktop or are you kicked back to the login screen?

If you are being kicked, do you get a specific error message?

Kicks back to log in screen,many messages,error has occurred please wait a few min,access code,computer is not authorizes but it is the same computer i use all the time a desktop, error 210,error 200

Reinstalling game atm,tried that something wouldnt let me complete it,like it wanted to download complete game over again or something and i didnt have enough space so i uninstalled other games i believe..It gives me many different errors codes.

As I am downloading the its loading speed is 50-70 mb

Logged in 1st time after a reinstall and got kicked frpm game to log in screen traveling at wayshrine ,
says, an error has occurred please wait a few minutes an log in again.........
I was in game 3 minutes....

Ran repair as administrator got kicked at character load in screen twice,same error please wait a few minutes it says.
This is a fresh install I dont understand.I can see the ethernet transfering data when its loading then data just stops and it goes back to the login screen when i watch the task manager graph.

Same *** issue and there is literally no help whatsoever. Here i am wasting my time and money on a game i cant even play. Got eso+ just being wasted for no fkn reason

This is happening to a lot of people, including me and I'm sorry you are one of them.

I'm guessing the shelter in place COVID restrictions are taking their toll on ZoS's abilities to keep things running.

Still cant do any dungeons,half the time disconnects to a bg or wayshrine,still no word on my 2 support tickets,wish something would get done soon:(

Still no answer on tickets,was hoping the maintenance today was going to fix it,but noooo:(
Only way to log in is to delete data folder and delete host dev folder,but still kicks me out on a bg or wayshrine, an dungeons.

I'm experiencing the same but only since yesterday after re-installing ESO...
Crashes at random moments but forces me to desktop, not to its login screen.

Other games work perfect too

I had to buy a VPN,and a static IP address,worked good for a do or so,now it crashed to login screen and wont log into game,
WOW, I just scratch my head, its not supposed to be this hard:(

@KhajiitiLizard Are you sure it's not your internet? Just because the latency is low, doesn't necessarily mean that the connection is stable. You can use tools like PingPlotter to find whether a connection is stable over time, or has points in which it becomes unstable or drops entirely. If a disconnect happens, that means there's some point in the route of your connection that became unstable and caused the server to drop the connection.

I had a friend one time who would constantly disconnect from the Path of Exile game server, because his signal strength on the wire coming into his residence was poor. If you are noticing any other games or services having issues, I would recommend you contact your internet service provider and describe the issue to see if they can see any issues on their end.

Otherwise, I would simply suggest a power-cycle on the modem and router or perhaps trying a wired connection (if not already) to isolate the issue a tad further.

I already used a wired connection and have DSL not wifi based internet. It's better now... it must have been issues between servers or something as my connection in general was fine.

Glad to hear. There have been a few hiccups on the ESO servers this week already. So, it's hard to tell sometimes what the issue is. When I reply, it's typically when I'm sitting at work, so I don't have a way to test the server when I'm most active.

Still not playable,they escalated my ticket and I get less communication now than before?

Your ticket 200408-007553 is currently still open and has been escalated to a higher tier of support. Along with the current high ticket volume this means it may take some time between support responses.

Just got back to the game and having same issue with disconnects.... lots of user reports about this. Not looking good.

I came back in June and was experiencing the same issue... every 10 to 15 minutes I would get disconnected back to the login screen.

I went through all of the troubleshooting provided by ZOS and none of it worked.

Finally setup a VPN and no more disconnects. I am using tons of addons and play over 5G WiFi and I have close to no lag and can play for hours.

This is not a user PC/networking issue. This is an ISP or ZOS Server connection issue. I'm not blaming anybody but feel ZOS isn't being transparent about this issue and details around its potential cause to one day solve it.
