Why isn't the entire doorway of the Greenhouse Actually Open?

There is was, Inspired by a stroke of genius.... Needed to sink the Alinor Greenhouse Lux item into the ground a fair way. The door is so tall, should not be an issue right? Wrong. It's still double my character's height and much to my dismay..... Invisible wall??? It's an open doorway. What could possibly be the reasonable explanation for this Collision?? This is an amazing item, but due to it's size, we cannot use it as-is in every location we may want to make use of it. We had Wedding flower fences that one could walk right through for two years..... PLEASE don't leave us with a doorway that isn't actually a full doorway. it severely impedes the functionality of an otherwise amazing addition to the Lux vendor rotation.
