As much as I am hyped for Greymoor, at the same time I fear going in, because Zenimax will be watching. And even without them watching, there are probably gonna be some wise guyswho are gonna stream or youtube what they're going to do and this is gonna be bad.
While parent companies are crazy for "balancing", this is completely contrarian to player's interests, what makes them tick in the game.
Balancing averages everything: averages damage, averages resistances, and so on. Balancing kills all the interest in a game. How many aren't losing the hype when they see final numbers ?
And how are games destroyed by "balancing" ? Hell, Destiny 2 was so balanced I uninstalled it. By looking to average everything, it kills the joy of theorycrafting and going for that equipment. It kills the incentive, and at least the vampire side of the game was in that place for 6 years. Mist Form was like deliberately made to not be on the bar.
I am even afraid to try what I want to try. Cause the numbers on Fextralife look so bloody good. And I'm afraid at the very end, when it launches live, it will be "***, other wasted money".

I was a vampire like you, but then I took an idea to the head...
