Any add-ons to reduce other players' visual effects?

Hi all! I was wondering: does anyone know a good add-on that reduces other player's visual effects?

I want to do dungeons and trials more often, but there are always so many visual effects (flashes, but also familiars etc) from other players' special abilities, that I find it really hard to focus on what's actually happening (like the boss's attacks, healthbars, or even my own special abilities).

So basically I'm looking for an add-on that reduces or maybe even completely removes others' visual effects so it's easier to keep track of what's happening in the battle. I only want players' effects removed though, and not those of myself or the enemy. I'd like to still be able to see those

If anyone knows an add-on that could help me with this visual effects problem, please let me know!

Best you can get is probably hide group. In general, add-ons are not able to modify non UI stuff you see.

I have to mention this just to make sure, but in the game's settings there is an option to turn off player effects. It's either in Interface or Combat. This will not prevent you from seeing combat pets, but other effects will be removed.
