Slaughter fish don't slaughter in lag!

While the game is lagging to heck and PvP is almost unplayable, there are a lot of things that just don't work.
This is a nice example of how people can do things that shouldn't be otherwise possible except in lag to explore previously unreachable areas.

✭I guess the slaughterfish also got lagged out with 999+ ping and packet loss, then abruptly disconnected?
Or they got positionally desynced and are trying to chase down a player who's already miles away 0 -

Covenant Guard: Swings sword at you
You: hit guard with Flame Clench
Guard: Staggers for 2s, flies 5 m trough the air
You: send Blastbones at Covenant Guard
Guard: looks at Blastbones, Blastbones looks at the guard, despawns.
You: cast Crushing Shock at guard
Guard: channels Crystal Frags, doesn't interrupt
You: light attack the guard.
