Are we going to see Imperial City Collector’s Bundle this year?

I know there's long until August, bust do you guys think we'd see this bundle again? I'm hoping since I've missed it every other year and would love the mind shriven skin.

✭✭If there will be an IC event then I'm sure collector's bundle will show up.
