Green lady is invisible

I have completed Reap What Is Sown but when I go to talk to the Green Lady she is invisible.
I have logged out for an hour but she still is not visible.
Support says abandon the quest but I don’t want to do the whole thing again.
Will I have to redo the entire quest?

Papa_LestatSoul ShrivenOk, so for those who may experience this same problem. I abandoned the quest and as a result had to complete the quest again but this time after completion the Green Lady did appear and gave reward for completion. Was a bit of a pain but these things happen.0
