I have been running into this issue since the update 25 on Tuesday...
That's me, standing in knee-deep water. I can tell by the splash when I jump. Also, the shading must be glitchy.
Here are my settings:
Í have deleted the file called UserSettings.txt and the ShaderCache.cooked (in documents/elderscrollsonline/live), I've changed settings in the UserSettings.txt according to a few different online sources, then deleted it when that didn't work.
I've clicked to repair the game within the launcher twice since Update 25;
I've downloaded/redownloaded graphics drivers; I have Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500.
I know my laptop has pretty much the bare minimum to run the game But... these triangles are dizzying! Let me know what other information you need! I'm pretty sure it's not my computer in the wrong here... everything else runs OK. Can someone please help?
Thanks in advance!

Thanks! It really works!

Operating System: Windows 10 64-bit
Processor: Intel® Core i7 4790K
System RAM: 16GB
GPU: Intel HD 4600 (my previous graphics card has burned)
Until the U25 hit the live servers I could play the game, on minimum settings but still. Now I am also able to play with the same spec, same graphics settings and the same frame rate but this triangles on the ground "soaking" all my AoE spells indicators, health bars, name plates, all the water on the planet and much more. I did not expect that ZOS will instantly fix it up but I did expect they will say something like "we are still looking for source of the problem and will let you know right after we find it", not paste minimum system requirements. Sorry for being mad but hey, we are not using toasters to play games and we are aware of the minimum requirements to run them. Sorry again.
