Downloading the game again?

So, I installed the game a month or so ago. I have been playing the game. Today I open the launcher, I'm using the non Steam version on the PC, and it looks like it's going to download the whole game again? Is this right? Is it really downloading the game again or maybe just verifying the files or something? If so, is there a way to stop this?

You have to re-DL the game with this new patch so let it run its course!

Hopefully it won't take too long heh. I forgot to start mine when I got home

With Update 25, we are doing a Patching Overhaul that will change how the game client is downloaded, patched, and stored on local hard drives. For more details on the patching overhaul you can read through the FAQ below.
