Idea for those who camp at their spawn?

That's the idea, but came up with Rainbow six seats when I was playing it. In R6S the defenders can only go outside for a few seconds so the idea would be to be able to get to that place in the same way with a limited time of a few seconds to have a chance to knock the enemy down to face them.

Don't camp under someones' spawn and they will have to jump down to fight you. Problem solved.
