Battlemasters Corner ETA: Necromancer.

Is there an ETA on when the Necromancer Class is going to be added to the Battlemasters Corner form? Because I got in touch with @ZOS_BillE about it and he said it was forwarded to the team, that was 7 months ago so I am assuming it will be added roughly around the time Hallowstone gets released for PC (or console if more time is needed.)
