as the title says, I would like t get started in roleplalying in eso, I'm on ps4 eu server, and ahve no idea of how to begin.

seriously though, on PC at least the Inn is a great place to find RP...
& there are RP Guilds, but you need to make sure they share the same Online Times as you play.
