Recruiting a DD for dedicated trials progression group

Hello reader,
we are a committed progression group with a few months' worth of experience mostly in vAS, vCR and vSS hardmodes currently looking for 1 DD to complete our roster.
In order to fit in our group, we believe you would have to meet the following requirements:
- value playing in an environment that is both social and progression oriented (play well and make memes, not drama)
- be able to commit to a 3 raids/week schedule consistently
- be patient and reasonable, think critically, understand that theorycrafting, improvement and progressions take time, participate actively in discussions when you have something to say
- be a teamplayer, understand that progressing relatively complex content will require from you more than parsing on dummy-like bosses
- commit to playing as good as you can, aim to improve your gameplay and DPS when you see you could do better
- own, play and focus on the class/es that conform to the current meta (Stamina Necromancer as of the writing of this post)
- own a selection of gear that allows you to conform to the current meta's builds (Relequen, Lokkestiiz, Tzogvin, Master's 2H and Bow, Maelstrom's Bow, Maarselok as of the writing of this post)
- have some previous raiding experience, most importantly in vSS
