What happens to your crafting bag if you unsubscribe?

I've been subscribed to the game since the very beginning, and I find myself drifting away a bit (didn't play at all over the summer). I have my 180 day renewal coming up, and I'm thinking of saving a little cash and not renewing for now. I still love the game, and I do enjoy all the crafting that's available, but I can't justify spending the $70 odd dollars if I'm not playing as vigorously as I have in the past. I'm concerned about the vast amount of crafting materials I've collected, and would hate to lose that. So what would happen once I fail to renew?

Everything that was in there stays in there, and you can freely access it. However, any crafting pulls from your Craft Bag first, so mats you collect will start accumulating in your inventory/bank again.

Thanks. And as I recall, it's 100 mats that take up an inventory slot, correct? And I could use storage chests to store mats?

Mats stack up to 200, and yes, they can go in storage chests as well as inventory and bank.
