First I thought you had some kind of "ball and chain" linked to you foot before that comment about a stick some where. Maybe explain what you want to focus on in a picture next time as isn't always obvious as my eyes where on the fog in the back ground that made it harder to see the background buildings and environment.

There is a reason why images/pictures always have a short description for what they are meant to show in academic writings and in other form of contexts to avoid misunderstanding.

It's a long standing bug. I frequently find myself running around with my bow between my feet. It's a wonder I haven't tripped over it yet ...

yep this bug is at least second patch in a raw.
But it was upgraded to awesome look at mount at second screen:)
i'm afraid to imagine what upgrade it will get in next patch:)

Don't forget about the barswap bug which sometimes causes one weapon to be wielded as another weapon of an entirely different type, leading to hilarious results

For example, swinging a staff instead of a sword, or shooting arrows with an axe

And trying to use Symbiosis (very buggy ability) in PvP was constantly making my staves invisible instead. Huh.
