Dashboarding when sending game mail.

4 times today I have been dashboarded when trying to enter a subject in an in game mail. I’ve tried on 2 different Xbox’s (one and one x) and it happens on both. I can enter the text but when I hit enter to confirm the subject instead of allowing me back to the message to hit send I go straight to dashboard. Entering it here in case the same thing happens in the ticket menu.

Have you tried sending mail on different characters to see if you still get sent to the dashboard?
Please let us know if you run into any issues with opening a customer support ticket.

Xruptor✭✭Something very similar to this happens to me whenever I try to do an ingame ticket on XBOX. It just crashes to the Dashboard. Seems like the bug may be associated with doing external events that cause the client to crash to dashboard.
