Star Haven adeptorium

How can I return to Star haven adeptorium to get a lore book. It states the door is firmly sealed from the other side. Help!

You can't ever re-enter the tutorial instances once you've left.

lore books usually have 4 possible locations not sure why one would be locked in a tutuorial

Well, this book seems to only have that ONE location and once you're done with quest, it's impossible to get the book.

I'm getting sick and tired of this. Can't complete the Eiditic Memory library because of this stupid mechanic.

Yes, they should allow us return access to all the tutorial locations. What possible reason could there be to not allow it? So stupid.

Either that or just put them outside the location post-quest, like with a lot of other quests.
