Anhedonie

Remember when sustain became non-existant? When everybody was heavy attacking all day and couldn't use spells? When playing any class was boring as hell? When all raiding guilds died?

I mean come on, damage decrease is fine, but why couldn't you bring cost increase to the lowest common denominator? Some classes like magicka necromancer already have sustain issues even without these changes.
