Treethane's Mosaic Jerkin costume missing

I don't see the Treethane's Mosaic Jerkin costume listed in the Crown Store anymore.

It wasn't time-limited and it was never anounced to be retired. There was no countdown on it indicating removal before it disappeared. This was in May actually and I have sent an ingame bug report. The costume should still be available in the shop or ZOS didn't inform their customers about its removal. Can someone clarify this please?

You're probably not going to get a straight answer here. I would suggest asking this question on Reddit. You would think you could come to the forums to get help? If I had to take an educated guess? They probably removed the item and didn't say anything about it?

First of all, the forums are largely for the player community, and as such, we aren't equipped to answer questions like this. Second, if a community manager response is desired/required, then generally pinging them (using @) will get their attention - though whether they are able to respond is another matter.

Best bet is to submit a support ticket when you have a problem/issue.

However, to the OP, since this is a general question about the Crown Store and why an item was removed, you may want to @ Gina or Jessica and ask them.

I can say that this happened with the New Moons Cross Sash Robe, which was removed without notice and after a thread was posted (and the OP of that thread also contacted support via a ticket), it was determined by ZOS that the item was removed by accident, and was subsequently added back to the Crown Store.

This also happened with the Kinlord's Alinor Attire, and a thread was started on that one. However, not long after, it was offered during the Black Fredas sale, so folks who were wondering about it just bought it then (well, I did, anyway). It was never returned to the Crown Store as presumably players let it drop since they had a chance to get it and on sale.

Chances are, it will return at some point during a sale or whatever. But again, I would submit a ticket and also ping Gina or Jessica here. It may be that it was removed by accident (as I never saw any announcement about it, and I reviewed all the CS showcases since it was introduced and no mention of its removal) or support could potentially assist you in purchasing it since it was removed without notice.

That's a good advice, thank you. So this happened several times now. I don't purchase most items on the first day because of various reasons, and now I'm worried that more items randomly disappear.
