A lot of those armor pieces look like Tsaesci. Keep in mind that this style (Crown Store exclusive) can look radically different between weights, so be sure to check heavy, medium, and light in preview (if it even shows up there - it might not).

Definitely Tsaesci on a non khajiit or argonian (the beast animals.each look different except light hat which looks like raiden)
