Version 1.48 Update File Size (76GB?)

Title pretty much says it all. I am downloading the update file as I type this and it says it's 76.192 GB in size. Is that a mistake?

I have Elsweyr and am playing on a PS4 Pro using the base game on disc.

The latest update should only be about 2 GB in file size. The download may be going through a pre-check of the entire game files before moving onto the ESO update.
