Fix sound delay?

Since Elsweyr, sound effects are a second or two delayed. Hate it. Any fix on my end I can do or is this a server side issue?

    It's not just on your end, it's part of the general performance issues most of us are experiencing. Have you noticed monsters and NPCs not loading properly?
